What NOT to Do After Receiving a Rejection

Don’t panic – a negative decision is not the end.
Don’t delay – you only have 14 days to appeal!
Don’t write the appeal on your own if you’re unsure – formal errors can harm your case.

What Happens If a Foreigner Fails to Fulfill Their Obligations?

If a foreigner does not meet the legal requirements, the office is obliged to issue a negative decision regarding their stay.
This can lead to removal from the country and even deportation proceedings.

Most Common Reasons for Rejection:

✔Late submission of documents,
✔Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms,
✔Missing required attachments,
✔Unclear employment or housing status.
